Hi all, trying to find if anyone has heard of an arc rated respirator hood..??

Hi all, i'm a linesman down under here in Australia. For the last few months or so we have been trying to protect our blokes from asbestos and other stuff if they have to climb or enter a place thats burning to isolates the mains whilst also working live. no matter how hard i look i just cant seem to find Arc flash rated asbestos forced air pump hoods, does anyone know of any?
